Do you offer free shipping?

As part of our introductory promotions, We offer Free Shipping on all items regardless of total amout of orders nor location, as long as the address you want your items delivered is within the Philippines only.

Who are your delivery / fulfillment partners?

We use services from different couriers depending on your location. Our partners may call you within the day upon ordering so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.

What if I fail to be in location upon delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your items 2-3 times before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD.

How do I track my order?

Please email us at support@ozaph.com for your order updates, provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take more than 10 days.

I was delivered the wrong item.
